Seminar Workshop Overview

 

All our programs are taught as Coed, Men Only, or Women Only courses.

 

Most of our courses can also be customized and modified to meet the needs of the students.

 

I am currently training more instructors for my various programs, and seminars. I am also available for private lessons.

 

If a group of husbands and wives want to sponsor a seminar, I will teach it as a coed, combination men and women course. Otherwise most seminars are taught to women, men, and seniors as separate classes.

 

We offer the following Seminars and Workshops:

 

For Women Only

 

Extreme Combat courses are open to men, women, and seniors. Our seminars for women are set up exclusively for women only. To accommodate the needs of students, we also have coed, as well as husband and wife courses. Our senior courses can also be taught both coed, or women only.

 

We have found that many women feel more comfortable and learn faster when they are in women only course. All of our women only courses are complete systems that teach you how to defend yourself in any circumstance. Attend one of our courses and become a PINK POWERED WARRIOR!

 

StaySafe Women's Self Defense Course - This exclusive women only self defense course is designed to keep you safe in any situation or circumstance. It is a must for any women who does not want to be a victim. The Be Safe course is our premier seminar and can be customized to meet your needs. For more information:  Women Only

 

For Men - Courses for men are similar to the women's courses except they are generally more physically aggressive. The Extreme Combat Street Defense course teaches all phases of self defense, from hand to hand combat to firearm training. For more information go to  Men Only

 

 

For Senior Citizens - If you are physically able you can attend our various courses for men and women. Those with physical limitations should attend our senior courses. The senior courses concentrate on avoiding dangerous situations, staying alert, and defending yourself.

 

Senior citizens face hearing loss, weakened eye sight, arthritis, fragility, muscular weakness, heart issues, all of which contribute to a need for adaptations of Extreme Combat techniques that will work with various infirmities. Protect Your Home: Security and Defense Program - Let us show you how to make your home safe. Violent home invasions and crimes are on the rise. Our Protect Your Home Security and Defense program is a two part system that includes home security and home defense. Designed to make your home a hard target by evaluating the perimeter and structure deterrence level through our Home Security Survey.

 

Once your home is deemed secure, we will show you how to defend your home from intruders and home invaders. Tactics and strategies, including establishing a safe area or safe room, safety training exercises and drills, and how to employ lethal weapons and force. This course is for the home owner, renter, and the whole family.

 

Protect Your Home

 

Free Self Defense Seminar - This 1-2 hour seminar is geared to anyone who wants to be safe. It shows basic concepts regarding security and self defense. Even this brief course can make a difference in your safety. Businesses, groups, associations, clubs, governmental bodies, can sponsor this seminar.

 

Intro to Self Defense Seminar - A 2-3 hour seminar that highlights all the phases of our self defense program. You will be exposed to defense outside the home, on the street, and inside the home. Home security and defense tactics and strategies. Hand to hand, H2H, methods will be integrated into the seminar showing simple techniques. Nonlethal weapons will be demonstrated. Lethal weapons will be introduced and discussed.

 

Intermediate Full Day Self Defense Seminar - An 8 hour seminar that goes into greater depth than the intro course. It builds on the concept in the intro course and helps build a higher skill level.

 

Weekend Self Defense Seminar - This 2 day seminar is a total immersion into Extreme Combat Self Defense. At the end of the weekend you will be a changed person will a lifetime set of skills to protect yourself and your family.

 

Active Shooter Training Program - Our Active Shooter Training Programs helps students, Law Enforcement, and citizens to be prepared to counter an active shooter inside a school or a public place. This is an advanced program that builds upon the principles taught in our self defense classes. Parts of the program are also taught to schools, businesses, and the general public. Only an informed and trained citizenship working with Law Enforcement can help mitigate crime, including active shooter incidents. Law Enforcement - There are some really mentally unstable people in the country. Whether they are under the influence of drugs, suffer from mental illness, or are lead by a radical ideology,  Law Enforcement Officers have to deal with them all. Years ago there was more respect for officers. Today many criminals want to challenge the officers, and even worse attempt to cause injury. Law Enforcement Officers need to be highly trained in order to protect themselves.

 

Through the years I have taught many law enforcement officers. What I have observed is that they all officers have various skill levels and most are not satisfactory. This indicates that the standard teaching methods have failed. It is my recommendation that law enforcement officers enhance their training methods through the implementation of Extreme Combat's self defense methods.

 

LEOs need to be well versed in weapon disarmament and retention, control methods, and all aspects of combat shooting. Self defense skills, including firearm training, are highly perishable skills that need to be continually enhanced and practiced. You can never be too ready.

 

Over 35 years ago, my Hapkido Master developed several Law Enforcement specialty classes teaching how to subdue a violent criminal without injury. There are times when using restraining methods that do not cause injury are helpful, they avoid lawsuits. At other times, lethal force may be necessary. Black Belt Evaluation - How good are you at defending yourself in the street, or in a life threatening incident? Training in the same school under the same instructors will often give you a false sense of security, or an exaggerated confidence in your capabilities. Sometimes an outside observer can shed light into the reality of your ability to defend yourself. If you read my bio, you will know I have been in countless street fights, had a basement fight club, have full contact training, and boxing experience. I do not mess around. Become an Extreme Combat Instructor

 

Become a certified instructor. Extreme Combat will train and authorize you to teach various seminars. If you are qualified and can pass our examination process, you can become an Extreme Combat Certified Instructor.

I am opposed to criminals and do not willfully teach anyone with a current criminal background or felony conviction. You must have a concealed carry license for many of my courses. To obtain concealed carry weapon license you will undergo a Federal background check.
