Strength and Conditioning Training
Every martial art and self defense method should include a strength and conditioning regiment, along with nutritional support into the program. Being in good physical condition is something everyone should strive for. Your health is important. Being in good condition and physically fit also contributes to being able to protect yourself.
A life and death struggle can take enormous amounts of energy. When you are punching and kicking, and fighting for your life, you become scared, nervous, and your adrenaline is pumping. Under those circumstances it's easy to get exhausted really fast. Being in good condition will help alleviate the exhaustion, give you more strength and endurance, and contribute to saving your life.
Being is good physical condition also helps you stay relaxed in an emergency situation. When you're in good condition, your posture and confidence will help project yourself as a hard target to predators. Conditioning and training also makes it easier to perform the basic hand to hand defensive moves and techniques. Many of the seniors that I teach have physical restrictions and need to adapt their exercise program to their specific needs and abilities.

Nutritional Support
When you workout, you place higher nutritional demands on your body. Most people are already in a nutritional crisis and suffering from various nutritional deficiencies.
Placing additional demands or stresses on the body, further increases the body's nutritional requirements. It's like adding insult to injury. If the additional nutritional needs are met, the body does not get stronger. It only breaks down.
Our conditioning and strength training program includes a nutritional support system designed to help you obtain the nutrients you need, and to help you lose fat and gain muscle. This information is included in our upcoming DVD.
The Aging Process
We are all in the process of aging. The question is, can we slow it down or even reverse it?
There's ample medical evidence that indicates the aging process can indeed be slowed down, and in most instances actually reversed.
Factors that slow the aging process and keep you young are also included in our strength and conditioning program.
Get in Shape
From a self defense perspective, being in good physical condition can be a lifesaver. It is also good for your health and social life.
When you are in good condition, you will look and feel better. This indicates you are a positive person who cares about themselves and life. Many people will be drawn to this quality.
The secret to getting in shape is to start slow and keep progressing. Too many people start out strong but quit after a short period of time.
Also many personal trainers push their students too hard in the beginning.
To get in good physical condition, you have to get started, make steady progress, and don't quit. To learn more about our Strength and Conditioning program, become a member - Join Now
